Annual General Meeting of the United Nations Association in Canada of Greater Montreal

In September 2021, our teacher Marcello Scarone, as the former President of ACNU, invited us to assist to the Annual General Meeting of the United Nations Association in Canada of Greater Montreal. With a group of students from CiSA, I went to Marianopolis College to attend the conference. The three panelists spoke about the main current international issues, such as the conflict involving Afghanistan, the Talibans and the United States. It was also a fun opportunity to make connections with professionals in the field of international law. In fact, I had the chance to meet Myriam Ntashamaje, who devotes her career to defending women's rights internationally.
